Homeowners use our free property valuation tool at /en/real-estate/analysis/. Every submission creates a qualified lead (name, email, phone, property details, estimated value). We route them to subscribed agents in the matching area.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — from your dashboard you can cancel your subscription instantly. Access stays active until the end of your billing period. No refunds on prorated time but also no surprise charges.
Do I need a RERA number?
Recommended but not required at signup — we verify it before activating your public directory listing. Without it you still get leads and dashboard access.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Invoices supplied automatically. We currently bill in USD.
Can my agency add more seats later?
The Agency tier includes 5 seats. Adding seats beyond that is $49/seat/month — contact support@dubaispots.com.
